Prices and payment

Each item is listed with a price excluding VAT. In the shopping cart, you can see the total price for the product with shipping excluding fees (customs) and VAT. Payment terms are indicated in the shopping cart depending on the selected payment method.

Shipping conditions are specified in the shopping cart depending on the selected shipping method.

Right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. Your message to us must clearly state that you regret it. The cooling-off period begins on the day you received the product.

When you have exercised your right of withdrawal:

You are obliged not to affect the goods. If the product is damaged or lost due to your carelessness, you lose the right of cancellation.

Privacy policy

When you place your order with us, you provide your personal data. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or removed. In that case, contact us by email.”

This online store uses cookies according to the Electronic Communications Act, July 25, 2003. A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer that contains information to help the online store identify and track users. Cookies exist as session cookies and as cookies that are permanently stored on your computer. During your first visit to the online store, your browser is assigned a session cookie that is unique and is used to not confuse you as a user with other users. This type of cookie is used solely to give you as a visitor a better experience and support and does not store any personal information about you. Cookies can be deleted. In this online store, cookies are used, for example, to keep track of your shopping cart, your settings and which pages you have visited in order to provide you with a better customer experience and support.

Subscription

When you subscribe to INO effervescent tablets, you receive 3 tubes via a single shipment per month. Each tube contains 10 tablets. That means you get 30 tablets with each shipment. Shipments and invoicing are automatically repeated every month so you never run out of effervescent tablets. You can cancel your subscription at any time. The subscription ends immediately when you give notice and you have no commitment period.

If you buy a single tube (10 effervescent tablets) outside of the subscription plan, there will be no further deliveries or invoices.

Deliveries

The delivery time is specified in the shopping cart under the respective shipping method. If an item has a different delivery time, it is indicated next to the respective item.

Unclaimed goods are returned to us.

Returns

Returns are at your own expense, except if the product is defective or if we have packed it incorrectly. Returns must be sent as a letter or package, not cash on delivery. In the case of exchanges, we pay the new shipping from us to you.

When you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you must, send or return it to us.

Repayment obligation:

If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we shall repay what you have paid for the goods as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the goods. You must pay the return costs yourself when you send the item back. We always pay the return cost for sending back so-called replacement goods.
